The information, services, and recommendations provided by Alice Lecus Piano Services, LLC are offered in good faith and are intended for general informational and service purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure a high standard of care and professionalism, no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the results of piano tuning, repair, maintenance, or related services.

 

Piano tuning and repair involve working with complex mechanical systems that may have pre-existing wear, structural weaknesses, or hidden defects. As such, Alice Lecus Piano Services, LLC is not responsible for issues arising from the condition, age, or prior maintenance history of the instrument, including but not limited to string breakage, pinblock failure, soundboard cracks, or action component wear.

 

Clients acknowledge that:

 

• Piano tuning stability can vary depending on environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, and frequency of use.

• Older or neglected pianos may not achieve or maintain standard pitch (A440) without additional services.

• Certain repairs or adjustments may be recommended but are not guaranteed to fully restore the instrument.

 

 

By engaging services with Alice Lecus Piano Services, LLC, the client agrees that:

 

• All services are performed at the client’s own risk.

• Alice Lecus Piano Services, LLC shall not be held liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from services performed.

• Any claims related to services rendered must be reported within a reasonable timeframe following the appointment.
